About Aspen Portal

The Beverly Public Schools are now into our first year of implementing our new student information software, Aspen. Following the high school, Briscoe has opened Aspen’s web based family portal.

By registering for the family portal, you will have online access to your child’s school records, including: demographic information; contact information; daily schedule; attendance; and progress report and report card grades.
If you already have an Aspen family portal account for a Beverly High School student, you do not need to set up a new account. You should be able to see your Briscoe student by selecting the family tab. 

Aspen Family Portal Setup

Opening a family portal account in Aspen is a 3-step process:

1. The primary student family contact receives a welcome message from Aspen (you should have received this in early February). This welcome message includes a security code and a link to the initial account set up menu. 

2. Open Aspen verification email, select link to verify email

3. A school administrator will review and activate account and you will receive a third email with link to the Aspen portal. Please be patient during this process it may take up to 48 hours.
